Our team of six in-house qualified consultants provides inspection services covering all suburbs of Perth, Western Australia, seven days a week.

The company is led by John Firth, a Builder/Contractor with over 40 years experience working in the UK, the Caribbean and Perth, Western Australia. His qualifications include:

• Registered Builder. 7632.
• Qualified professionally as Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Quantities) FRICS 33371.
• Member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors 51268.
• Member of the Institute of Building Inspectors Inc.

All of our associates are suitably qualified, with over 240 years of combined industry experience and a strong building background.

PRICES

Prices are calculated on an estimation of the time involved which is dependant upon the size, age and complexity of the building. Usual costs are in the range of $132 to $500, including GST, depending on the size of the building and includes a printed report available immediately on site. Reporting can be tailored to suit client's budget and specific requirements.
